2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 pinch salt
2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Cook briskly to soft ball stage - stir often. Add butter and pecans. Cook to hard ball stage - stir often. Remove from heat and beat until glossy appearance is almost gone. Quickly drop by mounds onto waxed paper.
