1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour, all-purpose
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raw apples, peeled and diced
1 c. chopped pecans

Glaze:
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar and oil together. Add dry ingredients, then apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 pan.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.

Glaze:
Mix all ingredients - boil for 2 1/2 minutes.
