2 c mild cheddar cheese
2 c colby/jack cheese
1 c medium cheddar cheese
1 small box Velveeta
1 box elbow macaroni
4 eggs
3 c whole milk
1 c heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, cream, and salt. Pour half of mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9 in pan. Add layer of cooked pasta (cooked al dente), salt, and pepper. Combine shredded cheeses. Add slices of Velveeta. Continue to layer with pasta. End with cheese layer on top. Pour rest of milk mixture over top. Poke holes. Pour melted butter over the top.

Salt and Pepper.

Cover tightly with foil sprayed with Pam. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil. Bake another 5-10 minutes. Allow to stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
