2 1/2 c rolled oats
2 c bread flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c butter, softened
1 c granulated sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c walnuts
4 oz milk chocolate bar, grated

In mixing bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer 30 seconds. Add sugars, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in as much flour mixture as you can. Then stir in remaining flour along with nuts, chocolate chips, and grated milk chocolate bar (I use the food processor to grate the chocolate bar).

Bake on ungreased baking sheet or cooking stone at 375 for 9 to 10 minutes.
