1 rounded T. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 heaping T. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt
1 c. sour cream (made by adding baking soda)
1 scant tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Put milk in cup and add soda to make sour cream, let sit several minutes. Add dry ingredients, alternating with liquids. Bake 350º for 35 to 40 minutes or test with toothpick for doneness.
