3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until lemon color, add sugar, beat well. Combine flour and baking powder; add alternately with water. Stir in vanilla. Beat egg whites to stiff , but not dry, peaks and fold into flour mixture. Pour batter into a 9-inch, UNGREASED tube pan Bake at 350º, 45 min.
