1/3 cup whipping cream
1 cups flour
Granulated Sugar

FILLING
¼ cup soft butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

WAFER
Mix butter, cream, & flour thoroughly; Cover & chill; Roll out 1/3 of dough at a time, 1/8” thick on floured cloth; Cut into 1 ½ “ rounds; Sprinkle sheet of wax paper with granulated sugar, turn rounds over in sugar; Put on ungreased cookie sheet, prick with fork four times; Bake 7-9 minutes in 375 oven until set, not brown; Cool, make filling for Swedish Cream Wafer.

FILLING
Cream butter, sugar & vanilla until smooth & fluffy; Tint with few drops of food coloring; Add few drops of water if necessary.
