1 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
½ cup orange juice
1 glass pure grape jelly
2 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg, allspice, 7 cloves
½ lb candied cherries (whole)
¾ lbs blanched almonds (whole)
¾ lbs whole pecans (unsalted)
½ lb white raisins
½ lb puffed raisins

ANGELICA
½ lb candied pineapple
¼ lb citron
1/3 lb lemon peel
1 cup of coconut
Can use large can of fruit cake mix

Directions:
Cream butter & sugar; Beat eggs & add to butter & sugar; Put all dry ingredients in large pan & dredge with ½ cut flour; Put salt, baking powder, & spices in remaining 2 cups flour; Add eggs & sift in dry ingredients; Add orange juice & grape jelly; Garnish with nuts, cherries & Angelica; Bake at 350 in greased & floured bundt pan.
