½ lb dates
1 lb raisins
2 cups pecans
6 eggs
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups black raspberry jam
3 cups flour
½ cup whiskey
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tblsp cinnamon

Directions:

Mix whiskey with fruit & nuts & set aside; Mix jam with eggs; Mix butter & sugar; Blend jam & butter mixture together; Add soda to the buttermilk; Sift together flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon; Into this mixture fold in soda & milk mixture slowly, a bit at a time; Add butter & sugar mixture; Add whiskey & fruit mixture; Put mixture into greased & floured bundt pan; Bake at 250 for 2.5 to 3 hours.
