2 1/2 lb.beef brisket,
1/2 tsp.salt,
1/4 tsp.pepper,
1 16 oz.can whole berry cranberry sauce,
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce,
1/2 c. chopped onion,
1 tbsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Rub brisket with salt and pepper, and place in a slow cooker.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over
brisket.
Cook 8-10 hours.
Remove brisket.
Thinly slice across the grain when cooled.
