1 1/2 cup cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick melted butter
1 beaten egg
1 can fruit cocktail mix (don't drain)

TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:

Sift flour, sugar, soda and salt together.
Add melted butter, beaten egg and undrained fruit cocktail mix.
Pour into greased/floured pan (9X13") and cover with topping.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
