6oz veal cutlets
2tbs flour
Olive oil spray
1/3 C Marsela wine
1 red pepper
2/3 c chicken broth
1 tsp lemon juice
1 c fresh mushroom
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 C fettuccine ( cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound veal and cut into 1 inch sq. Salt and pepper and Dredge in flour and brown both sides in skillet . Put veal into 1 qt casserole dish.
Deglaze pan by pouring wine in skillet Add mushrooms, pepper, onions and chicken broth and lemon juice. Pour over veal. Bake 400 f for. 15 to 20 minutes
