1/8 CUP MINCED ONION
1 TBLSP BUTTER
1 TBLSP FLOUR
¾ CUP MILK
PEPPER, AS DESIRED

IF YOU USE FROZEN PEAS, PRECOOK THEM.
MELT MARGARINE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN. ADD FLOUR AND ONION.
ADD MILK, STIRRING UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICKENED.
ADD PEAS AND HEAT.
