4 lb Rump Roast
7 cloves garlic
1pkg onion soup mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stab roast in several locations and insert garlic cloves. Salt and pepper and Brown all sides of meat in lightly oiled roasting pan.
Cover and put in oven at 250 f. And cook it about 8 hr ( or all day or as Granny did all night.) One hour before serving add onion soup mix, flour.
Serve roast with rice
