1 3 TO 4 POUND BEEF CHUCK ROAST
1 PKG. DRY ONION SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

Directions:
BROWN ROAST AND PUT INTO CROCK POT. SPRINKLE ONE ENVELOPE OF ONION SOUP OVER THE ROAST. PUT 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP OVER THE ROAST. COVER AND COOK IN THE CROCK POT ALL DAY. I COOK ON HIGH ABOUT 4 HOURS AND THEN REDUCE THE TEMP TO LOW FOR ANOTHER 4-6 HOURS. IT WILL FORM IT’S OWN GRAVY. TAKE A FORK AND BREAK IT APART. IT MAKES REALLY GOOD SANDWICHES ALSO.
