2 c. egg noodles, or other pasta
1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced Italian tomatoes, undrained
1 can (10.5-oz.) nacho cheese soup or nacho cheese sauce
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and salsa, optional

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Drain. In large skillet, cook beef, drain. To the same pan, add tomatoes and soup. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 6 to 10 minutes . Stir in noodles. Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or till heated through. Serve with the optional garnishes.
