1 (16 to 18.5-oz.) Fudge Butter cake mix
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 (3.9-oz) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 (6-oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (1-oz.) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients, beat 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in a well-greased and floured bundt pan, 45 minutes at 325º. Lower temperature to 300º and bake 10 minutes more. Check with toothpick to see if center is done. Cool cake 10 minutes in pan and remove to a wire rack; cool completely.
Frosting: Blend cream cheese with milk; add powdered sugar gradually. Add chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Blend well. Frost cake.
