1 1/2 lbs. country sausage
1 (8-oz.) pkg. crescent dinner rolls
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in skillet and cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Line bottom of buttered 9x13-inch baking dish with rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle rolls with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
