Crust:
2 1/2 c. pretzels, crushed
3 T. sugar
3/4 c. butter melted
Cheese filling:
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9-oz.) carton Cool Whip
Jello Topping:
2 (3-oz.) boxes strawberry Jello
2 (10-oz.) pkg., (2 1/2 c.) frozen strawberries in syrup, slightly thawed, or 2-3 c. fresh strawberries

Directions:
Crust: Mix pretzels, sugar and melted butter . Press into 9x13-inch glass pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Cheese filling: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzels. Chill to set.
Jello topping: Mix Jello according to directions on box. (If I use strawberries frozen in syrup, I reduce cold water to 1/2 c. because of the juice from the berries.) Let thicken and pour on top. Chill
