1/2 c. butter
1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed or 2 (5-oz.) cans of chicken, drained
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese

In saucepan or microwave bowl, melt butter. Add the soups and mushrooms. Heat and stir until blended. Add chicken, spaghetti, and sour cream. Stir together. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 to 45 min. or till bubbly.
