6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Italian dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a small bowl mix lemon pepper, marjoram, basil, rosemary and thyme.
In a separate bowl mix the wine, water, olive oil, dressing, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and 1/2 of the seasoning mixture from the small bowl.
Pour into a medium glass baking dish and add potatoes and stir to be sure well coated.
Sprinkle with remaining dry seasonings. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting once halfway through bake time.
