1 pkg Chicken Thighs
3 med. sz. carrots, sliced thin
salt/pepper
1 onion chopped
3 gloves garlic chopped
tarragon
oil

Directions:
Directions:
pour little oil in frying pan, add sliced carrots, chopped onion, chopped garlic cook until soft. set aside. Put chicken thighs on a lightly greased cookie sheet and season with salt, pepper, tarragon. Pour chicken broth over thighs and then add cooked carrots, onions, garlic over chicken.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.(if necessary last 10-15 minutes increase heat to 375 degrees.
