2/3C Crushed Ritz Crackers
1/2C Milk
1lb Ground Beef
1Egg
1/4C Finely Chopped Onion (opt)
Salt/Pepper
Topping: 6TB Brown Sugar, 1/2C Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, egg and milk until moistened. Add meat, onion and seasonings and mix well. Press into loaf pan, mix topping mixture and spread over meatloaf. Bake 350, 50minutes. Let Stand 5minutes before serving.
