12 T milk
12 T butter, softened
3 cups white sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the milk, butter and sugar together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to cooking to a rolling boil for 30 seconds, then immediately remove from heat. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla to the milk mixture and stir until the chips are completely melted. Pour immediately over warm brownies. Let cool for at least an hour. Brownies and frosting must be completely cool before cutting.
