Brisket of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Fork holes into brisket and spoon your favorite barbecue sauce over it. (If you want to make a great sauce from scratch - check out Barbecue Sauce under "Sauces")

Marinate overnight.
Sear brisket over a hot grill.
Remove from grill, lower heat, put into a foilware pan and cover tightly with foil.
Place back on grill. Cook 4 hours until tender.
To serve, slice thinly across grain.

'Barbecue Bud' (Theo's husband) was a master at the grill and always cooked everything to perfection! HIs grilled zucchini strips were great with the brisket.
