8 eggs
Flour
Salt
Your favorite homemade chicken soup recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Make your chicken soup.
Beat eggs & add salt to taste.
Add enough flour to make a sticky dough.
Have chicken soup boiling.
Take a teaspoon, dip in soup; then get a spoonful of dough.
Dip spoon with dough into soup.
Dough should slip right off.
Repeat until dough is gone.
Reduce to a simmer; put a lid on & simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
Dumplings will double in size so make sure the pot is big enough.
