1 (16.5-oz.) yellow cake mix
1 (6-oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
4-6 apples, peeled and sliced
Topping:
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cake mix, vanilla pudding, 4 eggs, sour cream and salad oil. Mix until smooth.
Topping: In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Pour half of the batter in a 9x13-inch pan. Arrange half the apples on top. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Add another layer of batter, apples and topping. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
