2 pkg. Yeast (or 2 T.)
½ c. sarm sater
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
¾ c. shortening
2 c. water (warm)
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry yeast in warm water (110°); let stand till dissolved. Put eggs, sugar, and shortening in large mixing bowl. Beat well. Add 2 more cups warm water to yeast mixture, then add to egg mixture. Add flour; mix all ingredients well. Let stand at room temperature until dough begins to rise; poke down and refrigerate over night. Form into any size rolls and let rise until doubled. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush with butter as soon as taken out of the oven.
