1 yellow cake mix, dry
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 (3.5 oz) lemon pudding, dry

Glaze:
1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
Zest of 1 lemon
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Mix on medium speed about 2 - 3 minutes or until well mixed.
Turn it on high for 2 - 3 minutes more.
Spray a miniature muffin pan & fill half way full.
Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
Dump out on wire rack.

Mix glaze & dip muffins in glaze. Set to dry on wire rack.
