4 1/2Cups Flour
1 1/2Cup Shortening
4tsp Ground Ginger
2Cups Sugar
2tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 1/2tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2Cup Molasses
1tsp Ground Cloves
3/4Cup Coarse Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, combine flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and 1/4tsp salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat shortening for 30 seconds. Add 2 Cups sugar and mix well. Beat in eggs and molasses until combined. Beat in half of flour mixture, stir in remaining flour mixture. Using ¼ cup ice cream scoop, form 2 inch cookie balls and roll in coarse sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 ½ inches apart. Bake 12-14 minutes just until puffed and light brown. Do not over bake. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with white chocolate.
