Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp soft butter
3 tbsp flour
2 eggs, separated
Juice & grated rind of 1 lemon
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar & butter.
Add flour, beaten egg yolks, lemon & milk.
Mix well & fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into a 1 quart casserole.
Put in pan of hot water & bake in oven 325º for 1 hour.
