2/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 lb fresh/frozen shrimp
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1) In small saucepan melt butter over medium heat; gradually stir in cheese, then cream until well blended.

2) Add garlic and salt and continue to cook on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly with a whisk. Keep sauce on low heat and stir occasionally.

3) Cook noodles according to the package. In a medium saucepan cook shrimp, mushrooms, and parsley in 1 Tbsp. butter. Saute until shrimp are done.

4) Drain noodles. With a slotted spoon remove shrimp mixture and add to cooked noodles. Pour alfredo sauce over and mix well.

Serve with garlic bread!
