Ingredients:  
1 chicken, cut up
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
2 cups flour for coating
1 large onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, pour enough oil to brown chicken.
Mix flour, paprika, salt & pepper together.
Roll chicken in mixture.
Turn skillet on low heat & brown chicken on both sides.
While chicken is browning, chop onion & celery; set aside.
Remove browned chicken from skillet; add onion & celery; saute until tender.
Add butter.
Add chicken back to skillet; add chicken broth.
Cook on low until chicken is done.
