2 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10 1/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
2 cups Ritz crackers
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray a 9 x 13 dish & set aside.
In a large bowl, mix everything but crackers & butter.
Pour into dish and spread crushed cracker crumbs over top.
Pour melted butter over top; bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
