Ingredients:  
1 medium chicken, boiled
1 small pkg spaghetti
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c chopped celery (optional)
1 can cheddar soup
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
3 tbsp chopped pimentos
2 cups grated Longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Set chicken aside to cool & debone.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth (add water if needed) until done.
Add onion, celery & soup.
Cook down until thick.
Add chopped chicken, 1 cup cheese, olives & pimentos.
Pour into large baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350º until all cheese has melted.
