Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp onion powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 1/2 lbs baby back pork ribs, cut into 3 - 4 rib pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients (except ribs). Bring to a bowl over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-6 minutes or until thickened.
Cut pieces of aluminum foil into 14 inch sections.
Place one section of rib into centre of each piece of foil. Reserve 1 cup of marinade. Divide remaining marinade equally among rib sections. Fold sides of foil and seal, making sure that steam cannot escape. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Bake ribs for about 2 hours or until tender and pulling away from the bone. Preheat BBQ grill. Over medium heat, grill cooked ribs, basting with reserved marinade for about 10 - 15 minutes or until carmelized and darkened.
