Ingredients:  
5 lbs short ribs
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups water
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small head cabbage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown the ribs in a skillet.
Add remaining ingredients in small roasting pan.
Add meat to the sauce and cook 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
About 1 hour before serving add cabbage and onions.
Serve over rice or noodles.
