1/4 cup butter
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 1/2 cup ham (Spam) shredded
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sauerkraut juice
3 cups sauerkraut
1 tbsp parsley
Flour, egg, milk and breadcrumbs for breading

Directions:
Directions:
Brown first 4 ingredients about 10 minutes; then stir in flour.
Combine with sauerkraut mix and place in fridge to chill.
Form balls about 2 inches around.
Bread with flour, egg, milk, then breadcrumbs.
Deep fry about 2 minutes.
To reheat: 15 minutes in oven at 400º.
