1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges

Frosting:
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8oz) Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix cake according to directions on box adding mandarin oranges.
Mix for 3 minutes, then pour into 9x13 pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes; check for toothpick to come out clean.
Let cool.

Mix together frosting ingredients with mixer until fluffy.
Spread on cooled cake and put in fridge for a couple of hours.
