1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz. pk. frozen hash browns
6 - 10 eggs
6 oz. half and half cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausages, transfer to plate and set aside. Add potatoes to sausage grease and cook until soft. Transfer potatoes into a deep dish pie pan. In bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper, and beat until frothy. Pour over sausage and bake at 350º for 25 - 30 min. or until set.
