1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 (11 oz.) bags caramel bits
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Line 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Lightly spray plastic wrap with nonstick cooking spray. In a small nonstick skillet, heat pecans over medium-low heat, stirring often, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon (mixture will bubble up). Cool for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture evenly into prepared pans. Sprinkle with pecans. Cool completely before cutting into 2x1-inch rectangles.
