Chicken
1 can chicken broth

Dumplings:
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
3 large eggs (at room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, boil chicken until done; remove chicken from bone.
Keep stock & add one can chicken broth.
Mix flour, baking powder & salt in large bowl.
In another bowl beat eggs, then add milk.
Pour egg/milk mixture lightly into flour mixture.
Pour on floured board and roll out.
Let set 10 minutes; then cut dumplings and put a layer at a time into boiling broth.
Cook 3 minutes on each side.
When all done, mix a little flour (depends on how much broth you have left) and add flour to water to thicken broth.
