2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1 box Vanilla Wafers, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time.
Fold in pecans and coconut.
Then add all the crushed vanilla wafers.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes in ungreased pan.
