1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. chopped green onion
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. margarine
6 unbreaded chicken breast filets, thawed

Combine flour, nutmeg, dry mustard, and lemon pepper in one bowl. Combine eggs and milk in second bowl. Combine bread crumbs, almonds, parsley, green onions, and cheese in third bowl. Dip the chicken breast filets in flour mixture and shake off excess flour. Then dip in egg mixture, followed by crumb mixture. Press crumbs on firmly. Heat margarine in skillet to medium heat. Pan fry breaded chicken breast filets until golden, about 2 minutes on each side.
