1 lb. smoked ham, ground
1 lb. pork, ground
2 eggs
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 T. catsup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
4 slices juice-packed pineapple, reserve juice
Glaze:
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. reserved pineapple juice
2 T. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Ham Balls: mix the first 7 ingredients. Use a 1/3 c. measuring cup to portion meat mixture and shape into balls. Coat a glass baking dish with cooking spray and arrange balls in rows, placing a half slice of pineapple, cut edges down, between the balls. Bake 30 minutes at 325º.
Combine glaze ingredients; baste ham balls. Continue baking an additional hour, basting with glaze every 20 minutes.
