8 inch pan of cornbread (6 cups)
8 slices day-old sliced bread
4 eggs
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 chopped celery
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp sage or poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth or turkey broth

Directions:

Crumble bread, add other ingredients.
Pour into crock pot.
Dot top with one stick of butter.
Cover.
Cook on high 2 hours or on low for 3 to 4 hours.
