CAKE
3 bananas (1 c. puree)
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

FROSTING
Cool Whip (sm tub)
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
350º, 45 minutes or until center springs back - Grease (or Pam) 9x9 or 7x11 pan. Blend bananas, oil, and eggs in blender. In medium bowl mix flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Pour banana mix into flour mix all at once. Mix until just blended.
Pour into prepared pan. Rap on table to break large bubbles.
Allow to cool completely. (very important)

In a separate bowl
Mix Cool Whip, pudding mix and milk, Spreading Frosting onto cooled cake. Store in refrigerator
