1 Slab Baby Bake Ribs (Pork)
1 - 2 tsp. Salt (you can use more or less)
2 tsp. Black Pepper (you can use more)
1 Bottle Bulls Eye Original BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
250º, 2-1/2 - 3-1/2 hours - Salt and Pepper Slab of Ribs.
Place under broiler and sear on both sides just to seal in juices

Take out - let cool for a min or two. Cut ribs up and saturate with BBQ sauce. (Note save some sauce approx. 1/4 cup to use at the end).
Place ribs on baking sheet.
Cover with foil.
Try not to peek very often!

Remove from oven - Remove foil. Baste with remaining BBQ sauce and place under Broiler again to carmelize sauce.
