Ingredients:  
1/2 c. shortening
1-1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped uncooked rhubarb
mix following together:
1 c. sour milk -- to sour milk, put 3 T white vinegar in measuring cup,add milk to make 1 cup
1 tsp. baking soda
Mix all together.

Topping:
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
350º, 45 minutes - Place in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle topping on cake and bake.
