Mesquite
seasoning rub

Directions:
Directions:
Put a generous amount or rub on the non-fat side of the brisket. Place the brisket fat side down in a smoker for 2 hr 2 225º and smoke with mesquite chips.
Pull the brisket from the smoker, place in a large pan, cover with foil and cook in a oven @ 225º for 12 hr with fat trim side down. Pull from oven and let cook for 1 hr.
Drain juice , slice brisket and serve. Enjoy
